We value hard work, professionalism, and a 'can-do' attitude. We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Spreader Drivers to join our high-performing crew. As a key part of our team, you'll be responsible for operating modern spreader trucks and machinery to apply fertiliser and factory products with precision and care. We're looking for people who take pride in in their work, value safety, and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. While your primary role will be as a groundspread operator, you will also need to be flexible and keen to jump in other vehicles and help out when required. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week and will include rostered weekends. What you'll be doing: · Operating spreader truck and trailer units, loaders, and tractors (manual transmission road rangers) · Loading trucks and applying fertiliser and factory products to paddocks · Navigating rural off-road terrain · Maintaining equipment and ensuring safe operation · Using computer-based software for electronic timesheets, job allocation and GPS · Supporting other contracting tasks as needed during the peak season What we're looking for: · Class 5 Drivers Licence · Experience in a farming, agricultural machinery or truck driving preferred, including off-highway experience · Flexibility and availability to change working hours at short notice (ie due to weather conditions) · Physically fit, reliable and proactive · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Positive attitude and strong commitment to health and safety We have a supportive team culture with plenty of opportunities for growth and development for the right person.
