Key Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain directional drilling tools and equipment. * Interpret plans and execute directional drilling programs. * Monitor and adjust drilling parameters to optimize performance. * Collaborate with drilling engineers and geologists to ensure accurate well placement. * Maintain detailed records of drilling activities and tool performance. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Directional Driller  * Strong understanding of downhole tools, MWD/LWD systems, and drilling software. * Ability to read and interpret directional plans and surveys. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Relevant certifications (preferred).
