Supportive team with opportunities for upskilling and career progression We're looking for reliable Class 2 Traffic Controllers to join our team supporting a range of civil construction and roadwork projects across Hamilton and the wider Waikato. This role is ideal for people who enjoy hands‑on outdoor work, can adapt to changing environments, and want consistent shifts across weekdays, weekends, and both day and night operations. We want to hear from you if you have experience in any of the following: Class 2 Truck Driving Class 1 Traffic Control (with progression available) Traffic Management Operatives **What You'll Be Doing:** Operating Class 2 vehicles safely and confidently Setting up and maintaining traffic management sites Carrying out on‑site traffic control duties to keep crews and the public safe Working outdoors on civil, construction, and roadwork sites across the Waikato Following all health & safety procedures and site requirements Working a mix of day and night shifts, including some weekends **What You Need:** Valid Traffic Control certificate TMO certificate preferred Full Class 2 licence (Class 1 with experience will be considered) Proven reliability and strong focus on safety Ability to work outdoors in all weather Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts Good communication skills and teamwork attitude **What's in It for You:** Weekly pay + KiwiSaver + holiday pay + sick leave All PPE provided Supportive team with opportunities for upskilling Pathway to higher traffic management qualifications Opportunity to work with leading civil contractors in the Waikato Apply now and join a hardworking team keeping Waikato roads and worksites safe. **Compliance:** Applicants must have the current right to work in New Zealand.
