We are both hands on operators with a passion for health, safety and wellbeing of our people and have strong whanau values. We have two tower crews in the Waikato and Tommy is a hands on owner operator who works alongside his foreman giving support. Mandie works with H&S, admin and everything else in between. We are looking for a Foreman to join the team and take over the day to day running of one of the crews. The crew is a cable harvesting crew with a 70 foot tower, a harvester, 2 loaders, tethered felling machine & winch and grapple carriage. The crew also has a team of manual breaker outs. Ideally we are looking for a forestry foreman with a proven track record but would look at someone who has been in a leadership role in a crew wanting to step up into management. If you are after a new challenge and have a safety first mentality, strong people skills, an excellent understanding of how to pull wood and a passion for logging we would like to hear from you.
