Due to expansion within our nursery and future plans, we’re on the hunt for a Assistant Nursery Manager to join the Restore Native team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants more than just a job - someone who’s keen to be part of improving land, waterways, and long-term environmental outcomes. The Role You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle of our plants - from seed through to establishment in the ground. Full-time role $30 per hour 2/3 nursery-based | 1/3 field-based This balance gives you a real understanding of how what we grow performs out on farm. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the Nursery Manager day-to-day Seed collecting and propagation Plant growing and nursery maintenance Pest, disease, and weed control Preparing and dispatching plant orders Assisting with deliveries Supporting planting and maintenance during the season About You -We’re not just looking for technical skills - we’re looking for the right person.
