Our Tauranga based workshop is seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead a small team and oversee the daily servicing and repairs for our 60-bus fleet across the Bay of Plenty region. You'll play a key role in ensuring our fleet is road ready and running smoothly for daily operations
About you:
* 5+ years of industry experience as a Diesel Mechanic with strong knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair skills.
* Proven leadership skills—you are a clear communicator, experienced in mentoring/ training and confident in leading a team.
* You take pride in maintaining a tidy, well-organised workshop, with the ability to manage admin tasks like payroll and our fleet systems.
* You have a team player mindset and collaborative approach to work as part of a tight knit team.
