They pride themselves on providing a safe and well managed workplace. They are looking for a ticketed scaffolder to join their team. The person they are looking for will have previous experience running a team or be able to move into a leading hand role. You will be someone who can take ownership of daily operations — organising your crew, inspecting and signing off scaffold, and leading by example on site. You'll work alongside tradespeople, supervisors, and clients to keep projects running safely and on schedule. Ideally you will be a; * Ticketed scaffolder (Must have COC card) * Be able to read and interpret building plans and specifications * Have excellent knowledge of health and safety procedures and legislative requirements * Proven ability to work at heights and in challenging environments * Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
