We're seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead our new Kia Ora Ake service—part of the national Mana Ake initiative in Counties Manukau. This school-based service supports the mental and emotional wellbeing of tamariki aged 5-12, their whanau, and kura/schools. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role, responsible for establishing and overseeing the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive, and clinically sound services. You'll lead a skilled multidisciplinary team and work closely with kura and community partners to ensure tamariki and their whanau receive the support they need to thrive. Key responsibilities include: * Providing clinical leadership, supervision, and coaching to clinicians and Kaimanaaki support workers * Overseeing assessments and interventions that enhance wellbeing for tamariki * Building strong, collaborative relationships with kura, whanau, and community services * Ensuring services meet quality, reporting, and contractual requirements * Supporting your team's development while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture Nga Pumanawa Ou | About You You're a confident, compassionate leader who thrives in cross-sector and community-based work. You'll bring a mix of clinical expertise, cultural responsiveness, and team leadership experience.
