This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and wants to take real ownership of a venue's success. About the Role You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading from the front, inspiring your team, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. You'll work closely with your team to maintain high service standards, build a positive culture, and hit key business targets.
