You'll work closely with a supportive team to ensure high-quality results and safe work practices on every project. Benefits * Competitive pay rate: $30-$40 per hour * Weekly pay cycle * Career progression and development opportunities * Monday-Friday work with consistent hours * Work with a respected and supportive team Duties * Operating machinery such as excavators, loaders, rollers, and other heavy equipment * Preparing worksites and assisting with earthworks * Following site plans and instructions from supervisors * General labouring when required * Maintaining machinery and reporting any faults * Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed Skills and Experience * Proven experience operating heavy machinery on civil or commercial sites * Competency tickets (WTR or equivalents) preferred * Valid Site Safe (or willingness to obtain) * Valid working rights in New Zealand * Full NZ driver's licence * Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Please note: This job is for New Zealand residents or citizens.
