Consistent full-time hours We are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to assist a Field Technician in a hands-on field-based role located between Te Aroha and Paeroa. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable working in varying terrain, and can work well as part of a team. This role is working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. Must be available for occasional weekend call out work. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting the Field Technician with daily field operations * Carrying equipment and tools across uneven and outdoor terrain * Supporting site inspections, maintenance, and monitoring activities * Recording basic job information and assisting with documentation * Following health and safety procedures at all times * General labouring and support duties as required What We Are Looking For: * Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all conditions * Comfortable walking and working on uneven terrain * Basic computer literacy skills * Reliable with a strong work ethic * Ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment * Full clean driver licence is required What’s On Offer: * Consistent full-time hours * Monday to Friday work schedule (occasional on call weekend work) * Opportunity to gain experience within the gas and utilities industry * Supportive team environment Applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
