Supportive environment with clear expectations We’re looking for a capable Project Supervisor with experience in commercial interiors or linings, or a strong on-site background who is ready to step into a site-based supervisory role on a 12 month fixed term contract. This position would also suit a builder or tradesperson who understands how commercial sites operate and is looking to move off the tools into a role focused on running sites, coordinating people, and dealing with clients. Linings and interiors experience is mandatory for this role. The role You’ll support the delivery of interior fit-out projects by coordinating site activity, supervising crews, managing materials, and keeping jobs on track day to day. This is a practical, site-focused role with real responsibility. What you’ll be doing -Supervising interior fit-out works across active commercial sites -Coordinating daily work plans, sequencing, and short-term programmes -Managing small on-site teams (2–4 workers) -Acting as a site contact for clients, main contractors, and consultants -Coordinating materials, deliveries, and site logistics -Monitoring progress and identifying risks or delays early -Maintaining health & safety standards on site -Keeping site documentation and progress updates current What we’re looking for -Experience in commercial interiors, linings, or fit-out environments OR a strong on-site construction background with the ability to supervise work -Confident communicator with crews and clients -Organised, reliable, and proactive -Comfortable taking ownership of site outcomes Ideally you’ll also have -Exposure to linings, partitions, ceilings, or finishing trades - this is a mandatory requirement for the role -Experience supervising people or areas of work on site -Site Safe or equivalent H&S training What’s on offer -Stable pipeline of commercial & residential interior projects -Opportunity to move into a supervisory, client-facing role -Supportive environment with clear expectations -Competitive remuneration based on experience
