Key Responsibilities | Ngā Haepapa Matua • Quality Assurance & Auditing – Lead internal audits and quality reviews to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, contracts, and health & safety obligations. • Organisational Partnership – Collaborate with service teams and leaders to identify risk, celebrate strengths, and close service delivery gaps. • Leadership Coaching – Mentor and support leaders to integrate quality into everyday decision-making, practice, and team culture. • Continuous Improvement – Drive improvement plans using evidence, data, and insight to strengthen organisational capability and outcomes. • Governance & Strategy – Contribute to high-level decision-making through active participation in our Quality Committee. • Culture & Innovation – Champion a culture of learning, reflection, and innovation—ensuring we’re not just meeting standards, but leading them. What You’ll Bring | Ōu Pūkenga me Ngā Wheako • A tertiary qualification in Health Science, Disability Studies, Quality Management, Social Sciences, or a related field • 3–5 years' experience in quality assurance, compliance, or service improvement—preferably within health or disability support services • Strong working knowledge of the NZ disability support landscape, including Enabling Good Lives, Mana Whaikaha, and the Disability Strategy • Familiarity with key legislation including the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, the Privacy Act, and the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumer Rights • Demonstrated experience in internal and external audit processes, risk management, and continuous improvement • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence across all levels • High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • A people-centred approach grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to positive change Team Member Benefits | Ngā Painga mō ngā Mema o te Tīma • WellYOU!
