Building a workshop/shed and the budget has blown out so somethings gotta go! Looking for a classic 1983 Ford LTD? This sedan is a solid example of a car from this era. The injected petrol (not carby) engine provides plenty of power, and the car is so easy and comfortable to drive. It's in good working order and has been very reliable. Front windows have given up working but I can proved new motors for $75 each. The LTD is known for being spacious, and this one lives up to that - there's plenty of room for passengers and a massive sized boot for those family missions on sundays to the beach. I last drove her to beach hop for the week without fault, even with the hectic rain! This LTD was originally govt owned I believe as it has locations in front guards for flags. I’ve got some skull flags made up for it as a bit of a laugh and would be easy to source some Nz flags or whatever you’d prefer. The Detroit wheels cost about $4k new and I’ve done about 1000km on the tyres. Still have the original wheels which will come with her too. A recent spring and shock upgrade was done at the same time as wheels and tyres (approximately three months ago) Personalised plate comes with the car! It's in excellent condition considering its age, which is a credit to how it's been looked after. The odometer shows high kilometres, but the car drives really well and has been maintained.
