Opportunities for career growth and leadership Here at Ridgeline Homes, we’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated qualified builder to join our growing team. Whether you're a qualified tradie or a skilled hammerhand with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! About the Role: You’ll be working across a range of projects including new builds, renovations, extensions, and all the small jobs in between. We’re after someone who takes pride in their craft, works well in a team, and can get stuck in with minimal supervision. What We Offer: Consistent full-time hours Competitive pay and opportunities for overtime Supportive crew and positive team culture Potential for long-term/permanent placement Tool allowance Opportunities for career growth and leadership You’ll Need: Proven carpentry experience (ideally 3+ years from gaining your qualification) Relevant trade qualification Your own tools and transport (work vehicle provided to the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic Ability to work from plans and independently when required Site Safe and/or ConstructSafe tickets (can be arranged if needed) The legal right to work in New Zealand Bonus if you have: Experience with residential framing, cladding, and finishing works Leadership or supervisory experience A clean driver’s license Also, we are looking for 2-3yr apprentices so if you fit these categories of workmanship and work ethics, get in touch with us.
