Responsibilities: • Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. • Monitoring guest reservations • Assisting in menu planning and special promotions. • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality. • Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures. • Ensuring a positive and safe working environment for all team members. • Follow and implement the supply of Alcohol Act. • Train all staff in food and beverage service to the Hotels standard. • Responsible for optimising restaurant sales via upselling, coaching and training.
