Are you passionate about aquatic safety and community wellbeing? We're looking for a dedicated Pool Supervisor to join our team at the Cromwell Pool. This full-time position offers 32 hours per week, providing a great opportunity to lead and support a vibrant aquatic environment.

About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join us. Your main job will be to keep our facility safe and fun for everyone. You’ll need top-notch customer service skills, clear communication, and a practical approach. Shifts include mornings and evenings, Monday to Sunday.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Confident swimming ability – able to swim 8 lengths of the pool within 6 minutes
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
A commitment to excellent customer service
