We have a prime opportunity for a junior entry level Logistics Coordinator who is keen to learn new skills and about our business apply themselves and gain valuable work experience! **Position:** Logistics Coordinator **Location:** Sulphur Point Tauranga **Hours:** 7am – 5pm Monday - Friday guaranteed minimum hours of 47.5 per week **What You’ll Do:** Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot whilst maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of your responsibilities will include: • Processing trucks in and out of the yard using our own in-house booking system • Reconciling booking spreadsheets • Directing and instructing truck driver movements in the yard • Assisting with internal and external enquiries • Communicating yard movements with ground staff via RT **What We Need** • Great attention to detail and enjoy a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask and have good time management • Strong listening skills • Flexibility and adaptability • Positive can-do attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative • Well-spoken and a strong communicator If you are our ideal candidate but have no industry experience that’s not a problem!
