Be part of a skilled and supportive team * Hands-on commercial construction work * Work with a leading, well-respected company * Ongoing opportunities for growth and development About the role We're looking for motivated Labourers to support a range of commercial construction projects throughout Tauranga. You'll be part of a skilled and supportive team, gaining valuable onsite experience while contributing to high-quality builds across the region. Benefits * $24-$28 per hour + 8% holiday pay * Weekly pay cycle * Career progression and training opportunities * Consistent Monday-Friday work * Work with reputable contractors in the Bay of Plenty Duties * General labouring, site tidy-up, and debris removal * Assisting tradespeople and site managers * Loading and unloading materials and equipment * Operating basic tools and machinery * Supporting day-to-day construction activities * Upholding and following all health & safety procedures Skills and Experience * Prior labouring or construction experience preferred * Confidence using basic hand and power tools * Valid Site Safe (or willingness to obtain) * Valid New Zealand work rights * Full NZ driver licence and reliable transport * Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication About Stellar Recruitment Stellar Recruitment currently operate in Australia and New Zealand.
