Workshop Foreman - Gore

We’re looking for a hands-on Workshop Foreman to lead from the front and take ownership of our busy Gore workshop, working with one of the world’s leading agricultural brands, John Deere. Southland Farm Machinery is the leading supplier of John Deere equipment in Southland and Otago. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the service department whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be overseeing an existing service/workshop team as well as working when required in the workshop and in the field. You will have a strong mechanical background and excellent leadership skills, and a drive to achieve great results for both company and customers. This is an autonomous, full-time role that offers a great work/life balance for the right person.
