Labourer OneStaff Dunedin require a timber processing labourer to start with our client assisting with the production of their high quality fencing products. The Role: General labouring and machine operation work may also include, lifting, sorting, grading and other physical work as required. This role is physical and rewarding. Our client is willing to train and develop those who show commitment, reliability, honesty and integrity and who are willing to learn. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm. The role is based in Milton. To be a successful candidate you must have the following: - * Ability to work within a team * To be flexible and dependable with a strong work ethic * Be physically fit and able, manual handling is required. * Have a great attitude and are prepared to work hard and follow instruction. * A health & safety focused attitude * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and MOJ check. Ideally you will have experience in the areas of excavation and earthmoving. This experience is not essential and similar roles or experience will be considered. The family business is well established in mixed livestock and cropping farming business in Northern Southland with multiple trading entities covering agricultural contracting, livestock, cropping and transport. The job is based out of Wendonside but is spread all over Northern Southland from day to day.
