Full-time role, working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm and rostered Saturdays. We are Vehicle Inspection NZ, but you can call us VINZ. We are looking for a person with 3+ years of administrative and some general accounts experience, customer service ability, sound computing skills and an eagle eye for detail! If you've had experience in using the NZTA MVR system, or experience in a data entry role, then we'd love to hear from you! Industry knowledge would be good but not essential as training will be given. The Role: You'll lead and develop our vital front-line team in our Yard & Drive Thru department which is the heart of our branch. Daily you will be responsible for - * Driving excellent customer service to our building and trade customers when they come through our timber yard area. * Controlling Inventory and stock management with the use of continuous improvement techniques. * Leading, mentoring and developing the yard & drive thru team * General maintenance to ensure Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements are exceeded. This is a permanent full-time role. Offering 40-45 hours a week Monday-Friday, with rostered Saturday's.
