Supportive team environment This is a hands-on role in a food-grade factory where you'll play a key part in keeping the production line moving. What You'll Be Doing: * Regularly Lifting and tipping heavy (20kg+) milk powder into large hoppers as part of the production process * Operating on a busy production line, sample testing, quality assurance and data entry * Following Health & Safety, hygiene procedures and maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. * Working a rotating 4-on / 4-off shift (2 days, 2 nights), 12-hour shifts from 5:45am-6:00pm / pm-am What You Need: * Previous experience in manufacturing (food production preferred) * Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, and quality standards * A team-focused attitude and ability to perform under pressure * Basic computer skills * A valid F endorsement and OSH certificate would be an advantage What's in It for You: * Structured shift pattern for better work-life balance * Supportive team environment * Stable, ongoing opportunity with a reputable employer * PPE provided and full training on food safety standards **Apply now and take the next step in your career with a trusted food manufacturer!** **IMPORTANT:** * Applicants must have the current right to work in New Zealand. * As per our standard procedures, all candidates must pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening test. * Ministry of Justice criminal background checks are part of our standard process, please speak to our team if you need to discuss your application process further.
