You will be a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with 3 years administration experience, able and keen to multi-task and anticipate shifting client and management demands. Knowledge of Smartly, Infusion or similar accounting and payroll packages is essential. As an experienced administrator you will have a strong attention to detail, you are flexible to cope with the varying aspects the job covers. A willingness to assist your peers is essential in a small team – it will make you an integral member at Irrigation Services. Of course, you will have excellent time management and communication skills. Prior experience in customer relations will also be a benefit. You will be the front line for over-the-counter inquiries. Your role will be to assist our team in Clive (Hastings) – whilst being part of a group wide business support team .
