We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our hardworking team in our modern workshop. This is a busy and demanding role that will require the ability to think on your feet while delivering an exceptional standard of work. The ideal candidate will be able to carry out a high level of mechanical repairs, services and have extensive experience diagnosing and using diagnostic equipment on most makes and models. AVI authority advantageous but not essential. About you: The successful candidate will have the following attributes: - Proactive, energetic and decisive team player - Able to work unsupervised and lead by example - Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate results - Dedicated to maintaining a tidy, healthy and safe work environment - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven technical ability - Hold a clean NZ drivers’ licence - Punctual, reliable, have a good work ethic and a positive attitude Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
