CLASS 5 DAY & NIGHT SHIFT LOG TRUCK DRIVERS NEEDED - NELSON & MARLBOROUGH ROLES AVAILABLE! Borlase Transport is a family owned and operated company with a modern, well maintained fleet of log trucks servicing the Top of the South Island for over 30 years. Due to an expanding workload we have both day shift and night shift roles available in Nelson and Marlborough for permanent, full-time Class 5 Log Truck Drivers. Working Monday to Friday with guaranteed 40 hours per week, and the potential to work 60 - 65 hours weekly, driving a late model unit. Our fleet is made up of a range of units including Kenworth, Scania, Volvo, DAF, Freightliner, Western Star and Mitsubishi. If the following sounds like you, we invite you to apply: * Full Class 5 Driver’s Licence * Experience with truck and trailer combinations * A good work ethic with a passion for truck driving * A willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge * Grapple digger and wheel loader experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided. Don't have experience? Log transport experience is preferable, but not necessary. A good attitude goes a long way. We are always keen to chat with experienced Class 4 or 5 drivers, especially anyone with long haul or stock truck experience and can help with training to achieve your full Class 5 licence.
