Fantastic home with 3 living areas, 3 outdoor decking areas and a garden. If you love cooking we have a fab kitchen space with piped in gas for the gas cooker top. Water is heated with gas so no running out of hot water! We have a double garage with internal access to store your things. It is a great space in the house if you need to work from home as well. Rent is $280 per week + bills + bond. The house is furnished so you just need your bedroom furniture. We are 3 professionals, pretty easy going, social but independent in 40s, so Ideally we would like someone around 28-40s. Sorry no smokers, no couples or pets.
