Located in Orewa, minutes from stunning Orewa Beach, shops, cafés, and the motorway on-ramp. Fairly new house ,north-facing with plenty of sun and a large deck with a view. Move-in costs are 2 weeks’ bond and 1 week’s rent in advance. We are looking for a currently employed, clean, tidy, and easy-going person.
