We have a room available in our Wellington flat starting Friday 18th December, with the option to move in earlier if needed. Rent is $220 a week (excl expenses) Location: The flat is located right next to the Botanical Gardens (fantastic for garden magic in the summer) and is about a 5-minute walk to the number 2 bus line and a 15-minute walk to Goods cafe. It is off the main road and is in a quiet, secluded area. Room: The rent includes the cosy room pictured as well as an additional internal room across the hallway measuring 2m x 1.5m app. The room comes unfurnished. The bathroom is downstairs and shared with one other flatmate. House: The house is furnished, including a washing machine and a heat pump. There is also a small patio out back and a balcony for your use. If you have a car, there is a garage you can use to park it. Flatmates: You will be sharing the flat with two other women, in their late 20s/early 30s. We are both professionals who like to socialise and also give each other space. We enjoy doing things that support our well-being, like slow evenings, hobbies, and creating a calm, comfortable home. We like movie nights, books, coffee and crafting.
