Large, brand new room, includes double built-in wardrobe and tiled en suite bathroom. It's a top-floor sanctuary that catches the morning sun and has a good vibe. I'm looking for someone special to rent a spare room at my place in Hobsonville. The house is a relatively nice new-build. It's warm, dry, well maintained and located on a quiet no-exit lane overlooking a green space. It's well connected by foot, bus and car: 25min by car to CBD (5min to motorway) 20min on foot to ferry terminal 5min on foot to nearest bus stop Local eateries, market, supermarket all within 5min drive A bit about me: I'm a 30-something, male, work-from-home professional. I'm social, but quiet around home. I'm house proud and like to look after my space. If you're on a similar wavelength - we'll gel. My ideal flatmate: Working professional.
