Hey Whanganui! We still have one room left in my newly renovated house! We are a chill house, sociable but independent and are looking for someone to join us. There is currently myself and one other flatmate. Ideally someone who enjoys the company of a lovely dog and rabbit, friendly, and house-proud. Long term preferred, working and mature. Shift work is fine :) About the house: The room is a nice warm medium sized room which would fit a double or queen bed easily enough Warm and bright with a large backyard (great for chilling in the sun) Just a few minutes from the beach Heat pump/air conditioned Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included On street and plenty of off-street parking On a main bus route Shared areas are fully set up and ready to go Rent: $210 per week (plus shared expenses- gas, power, unlimited fiber internet).
