But why drive when there’s a ferry terminal just a 650m walk away (I've measured) if that’s what floats your boat. After work, pop down the path outside your door to go for a swim or paddleboard. We have our own path down to the water and Little Shoal Bay. Check out some of the great cafes and eateries just a 10-minute walk away. And talking of walking, there are some of the most beautiful walks in the country next to us - really, look at the photos! THE HOUSE The house has a massive deck, nice high ceilings, dimmer lightning, 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, wooden floors and ample parking. We have one neighbour with the rest being native birds and the ocean. You can bring your own furniture and some of this will be modernised by the time you move in. The house comes with one professional male flatmate in his mid-30s and a mini schnauzer wearing a bow tie called Gordon. This house is to be shared. Total rent is $950 (because it's epic), but the existing tenant will subsidise your rent, down to $390.
