




Your role will be a mixed and varied one, playing a critical role in the developing and maintaining of relationships with our customers. The primary focus of this role will be;- • Cleaning, greasing and checking rental returns • Deliveries and pick ups of rental equipment as required • Servicing and maintenance of hire plant • Assisting with maintaining the outside yard in an orderly manner • Answering phone and walk in enquiries as necessary • Maintaining the hire process through our existing software functions • Providing support to customers throughout the hire experience The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies; - • Minimum of class 1 full licence • Mechanical knowledge, particularly with small engines • Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service • Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely • Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get along with team members • Time management: ability to work under pressure and balance customer requirements with other daily tasks • Excellent attention to detail In addition, the following would be advantageous but not essential; - • Forklift Licence • Class 2 Licence If you believe this is a job for you please send us your cover letter and CV
