Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our construction sites. This role would suit someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard. The Role: This is a key leadership position responsible for managing all on-site activities across residential and commercial construction projects. You will be the main point of contact on site, ensuring work progresses smoothly and efficiently. Benefits: * Competitive pay rate * Company vehicle and phone * Full-time, long-term employment * Stable workload with secured projects * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial builds Key responsibilities include: * Managing and coordinating day-to-day site operations * Supervising staff and subcontractors * Liaising with Directors, suppliers, and external stakeholders * Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements * Maintaining quality standards across all stages of construction * Monitoring progress, problem-solving, and keeping projects on track * Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope About You: * Qualified Builder (essential) * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role * Strong leadership and communication skills * Highly organised with excellent time management * Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident under pressure * Committed to delivering quality workmanship * Willing to travel if based in Hawke’s Bay (for the right candidate) Pay Rate:  $40.00 per hour + company vehicle & phone Requirements: * Relevant trade qualification (Qualified Builder) * Strong understanding of NZ health & safety standards * Full NZ driver’s license * Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand How to Apply: Ready to take the next step in your construction career with a company that values quality and teamwork?
