We’re on the lookout for an experienced Machinery Operator who’s confident with cutting-edge ag-tech and ready to get stuck in. You’ll be operating some of the most advanced equipment in the industry — including our precision harvester and Carbon Robotics laser weeder — while working with a skilled, productive crew. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by doing. WHAT YOU'LL BRING We’re after someone who’s sharp, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with a Production Manager and wider farm team, contributing to everything from planting and irrigation to harvesting and infrastructure maintenance.
