This unique opportunity involves working in one of the most remote and challenging environments on Earth. **Location: McMurdo Station, Antarctica (approximately 1000 residents in summer season, 250 in Winter) Rate: $50 per hour (WAGES/ PAYE)** **Deployment dates: May until September 2026** **You should have:** * New Zealand Certificate in Energy and Chemical Operations (Boiler Operation) (Level 3), OR Overseas Equivalent * Proven experience maintaining and installing boilers * Unrestricted New Zealand work rights (no visa variation or sponsorship provided) **What to expect when you're down there:** * Accommodation provided (you will be in a shared room) * Free food (the meals aren't Michelin starred, but they're still pretty good) * Free flights from any major NZ airport * Work schedule: Mon - Sat, 7am - 5pm **What to expect before you start:** * Medical and dental checks * Criminal background and security checks * Vaccinations **What to do now:** Please apply through the link.
