This room is a SLEEPOUT right next to the house. The sleepout tenant has full use of the house / pool etc etc. SLEEPOUT is fully insulated. Probably better suited to a guy. We are all low maintenance , tidy people who live our own lives. But we chat and have a laugh when we meet up. We have a low turnover of flatmates so we’re looking for someone who is medium / long term. Social drinking is fine ….but if you are a heavy drinker or use drugs…please don’t apply.
