Your room is downstairs, comfortable and quiet, with good storage, large wardrobe and natural light. Rent is $250 per week, plus expenses split equally. The home has all the essentials including high-speed fibre broadband, modern kitchen, a separate laundry room and study, and reliable heating. The downstairs bathroom has a modern spa bath and shower. I occupy the second floor that has a separate lounge and bathroom so you will have plenty of privacy.
