Property is in a great location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac walking distance to AUT Akoranga, Smales Farm & Akoranga bus stations & Northcote shops. Sorry no smokers, couples or pets. There are no laundry facilities in the studio room but there are 2 laundromats 200 metres down the road & a washing line outside the room you are welcome to use. Rent is $280 per week + $45 bills per week. Bills are covering reasonable power and water use and unlimited fibre broadband I also pay for a cleaner to come to come usually once a month so the cleaner will also clean the studio room at no cost to you.
