At School’s Out, we’re all about being “the best place between school and home” — and we’re looking for a Senior Programme Assistant to help make that magic happen! You’ll be part of a fun, supportive team delivering awesome before and after school care (and epic holiday programmes too!). Every day brings something new — from exciting activities and games to helping kids discover their confidence and creativity. Operating times are: Before school care 7am -9am After school care 3pm - 5.30pm Holiday programme 7am - 5.30pm We’re after someone who’s: • A natural leader and team player with loads of energy and a great sense of humour • Experienced working with children (bonus points for OSCAR or education experience!) • Organised, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed • A great communicator who brings positivity to the team • Holds (or is happy to gain) a First Aid cert and a Full Driver’s Licence In return, you’ll join a values-led organisation that believes in fun, growth, teamwork, and being true role M.O.D.E.Ls for our tamariki. This is a unique opportunity to secure a top-tier role with the flexibility you deserve. We are open to permanent, contract, or casual arrangements to suit the right candidates. Mō te tūnga | About the Role We have an opening for a TM Planner. As a Traffic Management Planner, your core responsibilities will include: Designing and drafting compliant, high-quality Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) for a range of projects, from simple shoulder closures to complex roading layouts. Using traffic management software to create clear and accurate diagrams and plans. Liaising directly with clients, local councils, and other Road Controlling Authorities (RCAs) to submit and gain approvals for TMPs. Ensuring all plans strictly adhere to the NZGTTM Guide, and understand the Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management (CoPTTM) standards. Providing technical advice and support to our on-site operational teams. Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | What You'll Bring To be successful, you will be motivated to get your TM plans across the line. We are looking for: You will be current or motivated into being a qualified Planner and have a good understanding of designing plans. A good understanding of CoPTTM, and an appreciation of the new NZGTTM Guide. Great communication skills and excited to build relationships with clients and crews. A solid commitment to risk assessment and Health and Safety.
