You will be working across various departments and education sectors to troubleshoot, maintain, advise, support systems and educate customers. \r\n\r\nProducts and services include Jamf, Google Admin, Microsoft Admin, Microsoft Cloud, Wi-Fi and Networking Solutions, Managed Services, MDM, but is not limited to this scope. \r\n\r\nThis is a customer facing lT services and support role providing Noel Leeming’s customers with world class experiences by facilitating IT Services across several business portfolios/sectors including Setup & Installation, troubleshooting, learning & facilitation, and connectivity services at varied levels across educational facilities. \r\n\r\nAn additional component of this role will involve installing and setting up consumer technology such as WIFI/Networking, TV, PC and Smart Home/Security devices in a range of residential and commercial environments. \r\n\r\nThis position will be based out of the Taranaki/New Plymouth/Whanganui area with regular travel required. Hours of work Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm, 45 hours per week\r\n\r\nThe Junior Networking Engineer will be responsible for fulfilling services via a number of different channels, including but not limited to; commercial or educational facilities, private residence, Noel Leeming stores, or any other stores operated by The Warehouse Group. \r\n\r\nEssential Qualifications:\r\n\r\n* Apple OS/IOS knowledge\r\n* Experience in school, enterprise or SME IT support roles \r\n* Device management knowledge \r\n* Software knowledge - Jamf, Google admin and/or Microsoft admin \r\n* Level 2 IT Engineer experience\r\n* Certifications in Microsoft, Apple and/or networking/WIFI and IT security technologies and or equivalent experience \r\n* An understanding of the networking solutions and the impact to the customer experience. \r\n* Demonstrated positive experience in working with customers. \r\n* Passion for Technology. \r\n\r\n\r\nAdditional information\r\n\r\nWe are intentional about finding the right people, allowing us to perform work as a team that truly makes a difference for the business and or customers.
