You will be responsible for whipping up delicious quality home cooking and designing tasty menus for our residents in a restaurant environment. This position is responsible for the profitable management of the dining operation and experience, ensuring a welcoming and professional customer experience, driving growth, meeting budgets and ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are exceeded. Some of the great things you will be doing * Whipping up delicious offerings in a restaurant environment * Coordinating the kitchen to ensure it operates effortlessly * Maintaining a high standard of food with consistent portion sizes and outstanding presentation * Using your leadership skills to help lead our kitchen team About you * Proven experience in a similar role * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends * Commercial kitchen and or café experience is preferred * Outstanding customer service skills * Food industry qualification * Excellent food hygiene practices and personal presentation About us At Metlifecare we create homes and communities.
