Based in New Plymouth you will: * Lead, coach, and empower a team of Design Estimators to achieve agreed utilisation and productivity targets. * Oversee the design and pricing of electricity distribution networks (HV/LV overhead and underground, substations, customer and capital works). * Ensure accurate pricing that reflects resource availability and meets margin targets. * Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve obstacles and deliver quality outcomes. * Drive compliance with Northpower, client, and industry standards including HSQE requirements. * Conduct project close-out reviews and implement improvement initiatives.
