We are on the search for an Estimating/Operations support person to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will suit applicants who have knowledge and experience gained from working in the plumbing industry. You might be a Plumber who is keen to come off the tools or maybe you're from a plumbing retail, wholesale or construction background. Our work is broad, from renovations, maintenance to new builds and light commercial projects. Here's what we need from you: * Prepare quotes, estimates and tenders (we use Simpro) * Prepare and review contract documents for domestic and light commercial projects * Identify and order plant and equipment for projects * Monitor quality control systems * Stock control of vehicles and the workshop * Invoicing, purchase orders and extras * Client communication You will have: * Experience in quoting and estimation of the plumbing industry * Knowledge of plumbing supplies and materials * Excellent relationship building skills and customer focused * Strong computer and numerical skills * Excellent oral and written skills with good accuracy * A full NZ driver's license And in return, we can offer you: * Competitive salary * Mobile phone * Health and wellbeing benefits after 3 months of employment * A dedicated management team who'll make you feel at home This role is mainly office based in our smart offices in East Tamaki and is open to applicants who currently reside in and have a legal right to work in New Zealand.
