**We are looking for an experienced site engineer for a large scale major project shaping Wellington's future.**
**What you'll be doing:**
* Plan and oversee daily site engineering activities to meet programme deadlines and cost targets
* Prepare and manage construction work packs for allocated scopes of work
* Maintain accurate site records, daily diaries and cost control documentation
* Work closely with design, safety, procurement and construction teams to support smooth delivery
* Assist with construction sequencing, work methodologies and delivery planning
* Ensure health, safety and environmental controls are implemented and adhered to on site
**What we are looking for:**
* A tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline
* A minimum of two years' experience in civil or infrastructure construction
* Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and apply them on site
* Good understanding of construction methods and site processes
* Clear communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach
* The ability to remain calm, organised and methodical in a fast-paced site environment
