




Taipa Beach Resort, nestled on the picturesque Doubtless Bay, offers a unique blend of serene beachside relaxation and easy access to Northland's attractions. This resort provides a wide array of accommodations, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, amounting to a total of 32 bedrooms. Moreover, it features a vibrant conference and events venue. As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage facilities. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily restaurant service and maintaining the high standards Capstone is known for. We have a Full-Time offering for this role. Responsibilities: • Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. • Monitoring guest reservations • Assisting in menu planning and special promotions. • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality. • Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures. • Ensuring a positive and safe working environment for all team members. • Follow and implement the supply of Alcohol Act. • Train all staff in food and beverage service to the Hotels standard. • Responsible for optimising restaurant sales via upselling, coaching and training. Experience: • Prior experience in Food & Beverage. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Previous experience in a customer service. • Ability to think of your feet and work by yourself. • Current Duty Manager Licence or ability to work towards obtaining one.
