




**Role Summary:** This position provides a balanced workload of **50% driving and 50% labouring**, utilising your skills across various aspects of civil operations. As part of a team, you will operate Class 4 or 5 vehicles and equipment, assist with project execution, and ensure high standards of safety and efficiency. This role demands a strong level of physical fitness and adaptability to contribute effectively to the success of the crew. If you have a class 2 licence and/or W, T, R, we want to hear from you It is an exciting opportunity for the right person and will allow access into a reputable and experienced company. **** **Responsibilities May Include:** * Driving/Operating plants and machinery * Not afraid to get your hands dirty, be fit and strong * A strong Health and Safety focused * Have good people skills and able to take direction * Assist the curb and channel crew as directed * Digging, shovelling, and general earthworks **To be successful in the role you will need:** * A valid Class 2, 4 or 5 Licence (4 & 5 preferred). * Experience in construction or civil works (preferred). * High level of physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * A proactive and dependable attitude with a focus on quality work. * Ability to follow instructions and take ownership of responsibilities. * Willingness to learn and develop new skills. * A clean criminal record and two professional references.
