VINTAGE FRENCH LITHOGRAPHS of EXOTIC, COLOURFUL FISH - BEAUTIFULLY FRAMED

Purchased in an antique shop in Auckland back in the 1980s by my late mother, these lithographs depict colourful and very exotic fish - tropical fish - and came from France. They were then framed in 'fashionable-at-the-time' shiny gilt-painted timber. When that became less fashionable in the early 2000s, I had a picture-framer sand them back and give them a distressed-paint finish, which is matte blue-ish grey . I have just moved house and have very few walls compared to what I'm used to. So ... reluctantly listing these beautiful, elegant lithographs. They both measure: 49.5cms all and 39cms wide.
