Stonefields, 5 bedrooms

We have 1 room coming up for rent in our Stonefields flat (close to Meadowbank / St Johns). One double room – Available 13/12/2025– Rent: $ 218 pw + bills split evenly / bed can be furnished. Move in Costs BOND: $600.00 + 2 WEEKS RENT (first week rent + week in advance) Our home is large, modern, warm and sunny. The house has two spacious living areas and a great backyard. The rooms have good storage, are sunny in the afternoon and are a good size. This is a home more than a flat, so we want to find someone who will treat it like a home. We prefer someone who doesn’t work from home full time. No couples, or students sorry. On weekdays things are pretty quiet – although we often spend time together in the evenings. We are very clean and tidy and would expect the same from our new flatmate. Overall, we are also respectful, open, honest, and transparent with each other (no dramas!) . We are in a good location – 10 minutes’ drive to St Heliers and Mission Bay and there’s a bar, gym and café within two minutes’ walk. The train station is a 15-minute walk away or a 2 minute drive.
