About us We are New Zealand Certified Builders, with a team of around 80-90 workers on the ground making our projects happen. We are working on some exciting projects in Hawkes Bay, with more in the pipeline. Experiencing a period of expansion, we now need people to join our team to help us go to the next level! We work on a variety of projects, with our own Developments, Heavy Commercial Projects, Large Scale Residential Developments and some High Spec Residential Housing - and have a strong pipeline of work through 2026 and beyond. Qualifications & experience * Trade Qualified Carpenter * A minimum of three years New Zealand Experience * Can pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen as well as health screening requirements * Must have your own tools. * LBP, or willingness to work towards LBP status is a strong advantage. Tasks & responsibilities * Work as part of a Construction Site Team delivering a range of different projects. * Assist in the Mentoring of Junior Staff. * Have a positive attitude on site, and represent PGC in a professional manner at all times. * To lead by example in workmanship and quality of work.
